Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personal care items, if opened.

  • Custom or personalized products.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at autotrackersshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
